Business Development Specialist
Nasdaq is seeking a Business Development Specialist to strengthen our Listings team. Nasdaq Stockholm operates one of the most successful stock exchanges in Europe with an unprecedented recent track record in IPOs, a diverse number of listed companies, in a well-functioning and dynamic financial ecosystem. This position will be central in driving commercial opportunities and support the continued successful development of Nasdaq’s offering to new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
Who You Are
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying opportunities and supporting strategic commercial priorities.
- Develop pitch materials and client-facing content that clearly communicates Nasdaq’s value proposition.
- Contribute as a proactive team resource, bringing structure, insight, and execution power.
- Lead and execute initiatives end-to-end, from concept to delivery, including structuring, visualizing, and presenting insights.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support and drive sales efforts and client meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Have some experience of a similar role before, preferably from a management consulting, investor relations, advisory, business development, capital markets, ECM, or corporate finance role
- Proven track record of working proactively and taking full ownership of deliverables.
- Ability to work across functions and interact with clients with professionalism and confidence.
- Experience interacting with clients, partners, or external stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze market/company information and identify commercial opportunities.
- Proficiency in presentation and analytical tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
