MTLA / TFA für den Laborbereich(m/w/d) in Vollzeit
Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:
Als wichtiger Teil unseres kollegialen Teams leisten Sie durch Ihre eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Laborproben einen entscheidenden Beitrag, damit Ärzt*innen Diagnosen und Behandlungspläne erstellen können.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
Probenvorbereitung und -verteilung
Probenbearbeitung und Ergebnisvalidierung in den Bereichen: Klinische Chemie, Hämatologie,Serologie und Parasitologie
Pflege und Wartung der Analysegeräte
Bearbeitung von Klärungsfällen und Reklamationen
Umsetzung des Qualitätsmanagements
Abklärung unklarer Anforderungen hausintern und mit Einsendern
Das bringen Sie mit:
Als Teamplayer zeichnen Sie sich durch eine gewissenhafte, selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus und haben dabei das Wohl unserer Kunden stets im Fokus.
Zu Ihren weiteren Erfahrungen und Eigenschaften zählen Sie:
Wünschenswert ist eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als VMTA / MTA / TFA / MFA (m/w/d)
Eigeninitiative, Einsatzfreude, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
Technisches Grundverständnis und gute EDV-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
Spaß daran Neues zu lernen
Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Schicht- und Wochenenddiensten.
