Territory Manager

About Us:

Ecolab’s Institutional division partners with aged care facilities, hotels, hospitals and commercial kitchens to deliver safer, cleaner and more efficient environments. We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Territory Manager to help grow and support our customers.

About the Role:

As a Territory Manager, you will work autonomously as well as being part of a caring and supportive team to service and grow your own territory. You will be responsible for providing exemplary service and account management with your customers to grow your business base, managing a territory across Brisbane and up to Caboolture.

You will also undertake basic on-site installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Ecolab equipment. Full training will be provided based upon Ecolab’s extensive training program.

You will be responsible for:

• Maintain a regular visit cycle with customers within your territory
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions to improve food safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and customer service, to deliver excellent service to customers
• Conducting training sessions to ensure our customers are using our sanitising solutions and equipment effectively and safely
• Conduct food safety, brand standards and other on-site evaluations
• Assisting with growing the business by identifying new opportunities for our customers
• Servicing equipment and conducting some basic repairs/maintenance if required.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Experience within Food Retail or Quick Service Restaurants
• Understanding of food safety and compliance
• The drive, tenacity, and enthusiasm to succeed and provide solutions that add genuine value
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• A hands-on approach in providing service to your customers
