Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building and running IT services
  • Analyzing IT system incidents and problems, inefficiencies and weaknesses.
  • Training staff to use the new IT system
  • Business partnering for key users & process teams
  • Contribution to incident management and problem management
  • Process management and governance for IT Service Operation
  • Management of incidents, problems, access, events and request fulfillment
  • Account for and streamline of operational services across business processes by driving continuous improvement (integration)
  • Monitor external partners on operational level
  • Responsible for crisis coping
  • Service Level Fulfillment (operate by design)
  • Contribute to establish a high-performance IT organization

Qualifications:

  • University degree in IT or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • > 2 years, Business knowledge: Main characteristics of Vibracoustic's business models
  • Functional knowledge:

Professional in Infrastructure Systems (Endpoint Management

Network & Communication, Server, Storage & Cloud computing, Identity Management)

Basic in Application systems (ERP, CRM, PLM, Quality & MES, SRM, Financial Reporting and Management, HCM, Integration Services, IT Service Management tools, Business analytics Systems)

  • Business process knowledge:

Intermediate in Financial processes, HCM processes, Sales processes, Sourcing processes, Production processes, Logistics processes, Quality processes, PDM processes, CAX processes, EDI supported processes, IT Service Management processes for Automotive Suppliers (JIT/JIS, Supply Chain, Delivery Order, Advanced Shipping, Invoicing)

  • Advanced level of English. Skills in an additional major language are welcome
  • Leadership:

Proactive leadership role within the team / Scope of problem solution

Input on IT architecture (often) and strategy (seldom)

Internal thought leader for colleagues with less experience

Trains/mentors senior professionals, professionals & project managers

Enables changes in IT and contributes to change in business

  • Problem solving:

Problem areas / Medium-sized projects with medium complexity and resource requirements

Enables IT and contributes to digital business innovations

  • Communication skills:

Effective internal and external communication within complex area / project

Reach consensus

  • Interpersonal skills:

Independent with only disciplinary guidance

Interculturally independent with openness, cross-cultural sensitivity and respect
