Position Summary
1. Provides best service to customer by improving service centers fields.2. Secures service competitiveness by improving KPIs and by supporting issues of service centers.
3. Promote service differentiation by discovering best practices and propagating those practices to other service centers.
Role and Responsibilities
- Validate warranty claims by reviewing service records, Big Data, and GPS data to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with Authorized Service Centers (ASC) to investigate suspicious cases, follow up on supporting documents, and facilitate warranty claim resolution.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates on warranty verification outcomes to the Customer Service Operations team.
- Support monthly service operations, including invoice verification, payment processing, and cross-functional coordination with Finance and external partners.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service Operations or service-related functions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review data, identify operational issues, and support improvement initiatives.
- Able to communicate and present in Vietnamese and English.
- Customer-oriented mindset, proactive working attitude, and strong teamwork/cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Able to integrate AI tools in work.
