Responsibilities:

• Support project buyers in projects incl. negotiation with our prototype suppliers 
• Inquiry of Prototypes & order Prototypes for our prototype production 
• Further development of AI solutions and tools for the purchasing team
• Change Material data in SAP 
• Compare quotations 
• Renewing of Specification (drawings, change index in SAP) 
• Request and documentation of serial tools (pictures, approval of initial samples)

Qualifications:

• Enrolled student in a technical or business study program, e.g. industrial engineering
• Ideally first experiences in SCM or purchasing topics
• We appreciate skills in Java Skript, no Code/low Code programming as well as usage/set up of AI Automations
• We are looking for a teamplayer with a reliable and structured way of working
• Good analytical and presentation skills
• Fluent English and German language skills
