About the role
What You Will Do
Execute regional inventory planning, replenishment, and deployment strategies across the supply chain network.
Optimize inventory positioning across central, regional, and local distribution centers to maximize service and efficiency.
Manage inventory allocation decisions and monitor inventory health to mitigate shortages, excess stock, and service risks.
Drive inventory optimization initiatives focused on improving inventory turns, working capital, and service performance.
Develop inventory dashboards, forecasts, KPI reports, and analytical insights to support business decision-making.
Coordinate inter-warehouse and inter-regional inventory transfers while evaluating deployment scenarios and cost impacts.
Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes through inventory projections, risk assessments, and launch readiness planning.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including process standardization, automation, system enhancements, and digital transformation projects.
What You Will Need
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory planning, supply planning, demand planning, supply chain analytics, or related disciplines.
Strong expertise in inventory optimization, replenishment planning, safety stock management, and MRP methodologies.
Experience working with ERP and planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, or similar platforms.
Advanced analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or equivalent reporting tools.
Knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), forecasting, and scenario modeling processes.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate data-driven recommendations effectively.
Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, continuous improvement, and operational excellence mindset, with the ability to thrive in complex environments.
