About the role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Designer to help shape the future of our B2B platform. In this role, you’ll join the Creative unit, working as part of a cross-functional squad alongside product managers, engineers, Data Scientists and analysts.
At Creative, we develop a platform equipped with cutting-edge AI-powered tools to tackle any creative production and optimization challenge. This empowers advertisers to maximize the performance of their marketing campaigns and achieve their business objectives.
You’ll take full ownership of the design process - from uncovering user needs and surfacing hidden opportunities to ideating, prototyping, and designing intuitive, visually polished solutions. You’ll also play a key role in building feedback loops that help the product evolve and deliver meaningful impact.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end product design: research, ideation, flows, wireframes, visual design
- Design intuitive, user-centered solutions in a data-rich B2B environment.
- Translate complex workflows into accessible product experiences
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, analysts, and fellow designers
- Facilitate design reviews, usability tests, and continuous iteration
- Contribute to the Design System and design culture at large scale
What you have
- 3-5 years of experience designing digital products end-to-end
- Background in B2B or complex systems
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and refined UI execution
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bonus Points
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant program (Visual Communications, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, HCI)
- Experience designing data tools, analytics platforms, or marketing technologies
- Recommended by an AppsFlyer employee
