Develop and execute a strategic plan including PR, social media and other marketing communications channels to support the business objectives of the hotel. Deploy a creative content strategy across multiple owned and earned channels. This role is part of Public Relations and Communications department, reporting into Commercial Director.
What you will do:
Ensures the hotel’s web presence (websites, microsites, tactical landing pages, etc.) is aligned with the Hotel’s positioning and business objectives.
Work closely with operational departments on marketing and promotions
Leverage social media channels to amplify key messages and activities, elevating the importance of strategic and creative communication
Actively pitch stories to media as well as Corporate Communication channels (FS News, Four Seasons Magazine print and online, the World of Four Seasons Content platforms, etc.) and relevant global corporate PR agencies
Effectively maintain thorough, accurate and quality media contact database, including online publications and resource materials
What you bring:
Minimum7 years’ experience in related position with Four Seasons or other organization
Requires knowledge or the ability to operate computer equipment including word processing and spreadsheet software
Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Has strong interpersonal skills, is able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation
Requires basic computer skills for online training
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Chinese language
Has the ability to anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guest proactively
Is energetic and has a professional approach to his/her craft

This is a full-time position
