About Us:
Chatbase makes it easy for businesses to build and deploy AI agents for all customer interactions. We’re fully bootstrapped and profitable, with $8M+ in ARR, and growing quickly. We’ve reached this scale through PLG and content marketing. It's clear the product already has pull; now we’re building a world-class GTM team to scale.
The role:
As our Founding SDR, you’ll work closely with the CEO and Founding AE to generate pipeline from high-intent accounts and help define what great outbound looks like at Chatbase. This is not a “follow-the-script” SDR role. You’ll help sharpen our ICP, build the outbound playbook, and lay the foundation the sales team will scale on. Crush it and there's a clear path to transitioning to closing deals an AE.

What you'll do:
Generate qualified pipeline through value-driven outbound (eg. email, phone, LinkedIn)
Target ICP accounts and build thoughtful prospecting lists
Run first-touch discovery to understand customer workflows and pain points
Maintain clean CRM hygiene and track outbound results
You are:
1–3 years in an SDR / BDR / outbound role
Highly driven and competitive, but also curious and thoughtful
Comfortable working fast in ambiguity and taking ownership
Bonus points:
You’ve worked at an early-stage startup or built outbound from scratch
You’ve used tools like Attio and Clay
