Role Purpose

This is a key role and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts of the Travel line of business.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with the Underwriter(s), ensure Underwriting files are complete, accurate and obtain any outstanding items from the underwriting team or broker;
  • Ensure all risk and policy queries are communicated through the appropriate channels and responded to in a timely manner;
  • Control manage and follow up RI front and Outwards premiums and accounts in order to ensure a good service and efficiency between companies;
  • Ensure Claims are properly reported and follow up with claims manager.
  • Ensure previous years audit gaps reported are correct and information is in well order for each and every client.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents as required;
  • Assist the Credit Control team in the management and/or resolution of any queries relating to the Spanish branch accounting Enter risk and policy data in to the Operation system(s) within the defined Service Level Agreements.

Experience/Skills Required

  • Credit control/finance operations experience required within Financial Services – Insurance preferable;
  • Fluent in Spanish and English;
  • Well-developed organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and requests;
  • Analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Advanced numeracy;
  • Fluent in Spanish and English;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
