In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide support services to businesses in various administrative areas. Each day, you will engage internal customers. You will also showcase your expertise by driving efficient support services.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Process Automation business for Energy Industries division based in Bangalore.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Service delivery: Plans and manages the delivery of a service to the relevant business to meet current needs, identify performance gaps and address emerging requirements.
Quality: Establishes metrics and monitors performance and service delivery to ensure maximum efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction: Knowledge on IFM working model
Technical leadership: Provides technical leadership for staff within specialized function or process areas.
Processes: Develops, implements and improves relevant processes, policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness within area of accountability. Ensures local procedures align with ABB Group policies, processes and procedures and are correctly implemented.
Supply chain management: Manages external organizations providing services (e.g. Ensuring KPI & SLA of third party vendor are met, provides guidance on ABB health and safety requirements and work practices).
Budget: Participates in defining the annual budget for area of responsibility and is accountable for managing performance against
Qualifications for the role
BE or B. Tech Degree ideally focused on Electrical
7 to 10 yrs Experience in Operation and Maintenance of UPS, compressor, LT Panels & different types of switch gears, 500 to 2500KVA Transformers, Chillers, AC system through BMS, AHU, VFD, VAV & VCD, AC Units like Split, Package, Precision types, CCTV (Closed Circuit Television), Access Control System & PA system etc.
SLD & analyzing of electrical wiring drawings.
Vendor/ Contractor Management, Vendor Invoices Processing, Invoice Tracking & Vendor follow-ups.
Knowledge on Risk assessment (HIRA) and Aspects/impacts.
