About the role: This role will be working for our Mars Food Nutrition segment, where we bring people together through flavour.
Role Title: Direct to Site Scheduler
Location: Wyong NSW
Reporting to: Factory Logistics Manager
What you’ll do:
Plan and coordinate the delivery of raw and packaging materials to align with production schedules and prevent downtime.
Monitor the inbound pipeline to hit inventory targets, proactively mitigate supply risks, and optimize freight and material costs.
Act as the key system user, maintaining accurate SAP data (materials, planning parameters, and supplier info).
Place purchase orders, manage forecasts, validate supplier invoices, and resolve discrepancies with the Accounts team.
Build strong relationships with vendors to drive performance, support integration initiatives, and ensure reliable supply.
Work cross-functionally with warehouse, quality, commercial, and production teams while driving continuous improvement to boost efficiency.
Your unique ingredients:
Experience in a complex Supply Planning function, ideally in a similar FMCG or manufacturing.
Experience with ERP purchasing systems preferred, or exposure to similar inventory and procurement management systems.
Analytical & Detail-Oriented.
Collaborative Communicator.
