Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to achieve deliveries to customer on time, quantity and quality required
  • Manage customer-scheduling agreements and maintain customer releases updated in SAP
  • Monitoring and maintenance in daily basis customer portals updated
  • Keep continuosly customer communication
  • Provide shipping plan
  • Creation and monitoring spot sales orders
  • Responsible for ASN activity, send, track and acceptance of them
  • Responsible for samples shipments operation
  • Responsible to maintain customer and supplier OTD according KPIs objectives
  • Responsible to request production schedule adjustment in order to achieve customer requirements fluctuations
  • Responsible to keep updated in daily basis the "Criticos" report
  • Keep finish goods inventory level according company objectives
  • Maintain customer contact list updated
  • Managing of finish goods cycle counts with accuracy of 99.9%
  • Manage customer packaging

Qualifications:

Degree in administration, international trade, logistics, industrial or engineering career.
