ROLE PURPOSE:

Support Canada Commercial Performance through analysis, tracking, and insight generation across price, pack, promotion, mix, trade investment, margin, as well has general competitive/share performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain RGM analyses, dashboards, trackers, and models for pricing, pack, mix, promotion, and trade investment decisions.
  • Support AOP building blocks, scenario analysis, value pools, and revenue/margin opportunity assessments.
  • Analyze sales, customer, competitor, price, promotion, and margin data to identify trends and recommendations.
  • Prepare materials for RGM reviews, pricing governance, customer planning, and leadership decision-making.
  • Partner with Pricing Analysts, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Analytics to validate assumptions and data inputs.
  • Track implementation and performance of RGM actions and identify course-correction opportunities.
  • Improve data quality, process documentation, and analytical repeatability.

  • Dashboards, models, trackers, and performance reports.
  • Insight generation and commentary
  • Pricing, pack, promotion, mix, trade-investment, and competitive/share analysis.
  • Decision materials for RGM governance and stakeholder meetings.
  • Implementation tracking and post-action learning summaries.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 3+ years of sales analytics, revenue management, pricing, commercial finance, or category analytics experience.
  • Strong Excel/modeling skills; experience with BI tools and data visualization preferred.
  • Understanding of P&L, margin, pricing, promotion, trade investment, and external sales data.
  • Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable working with imperfect data.
