The Role of the Kids For All Seasons Attendant

The KFAS Attendant will be responsible for the direct supervision and program leadership of all children in attendance of program. The KFAS Attendant is responsible for insuring the program is offered to the defined standard of quality.  The KFAS Attendant should have the ability to convey a sense of fun and enthusiasm to all children while providing a safe environment. The individual should have good communication skills, an outgoing personality and a service attitude.

Key Functions - Kids For All Seasons Attendant

  • Directly supervises children in program to insure their personal safety during experience.

  • Delivers experience in a way that is creative, fun and exciting to all children/guests.

  • Leads various recreational and interpretive programs for children.

  • Engages children in all aspects of the program including outdoor activities, swimming, arts & crafts, technology, reading and more.

  • Insures an attendance sheet of each child is complete and available for every session.

  • Insures components of all activities are delivered as defined by the Standard Operating Procedures.

  • Promotes strong positive inter-departmental relations through respect for other areas in department.

  • Insures good stewardship of supplies and resources.

  • Provides guest service through positive interaction with parents and children.

  • Completes daily routine and maintenance tasks as assigned.

  • Ensures all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted at the end of each day.

  • Communicates any problems or concerns with management on a daily basis.

  • Shares vision of ideas and new programs with management team.

  • Encourages guest feedback in regards to programming, service and facilities.

  • Assists with maintenance and cleanliness of assigned areas.

  • Execute any special events/functions in assigned areas.

  • Assists with the distribution of lunches/snacks.

  • Uses sound safety procedures when using all equipment and supplies.
