YOUR MISSION

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Labour Lawyer that will work with the HQ Legal Team, managing the day to day implications in the business model.

THE JOURNEY

  • Be part of the Labour Team, inside the HQ Legal Team.
  • Manage and provide consultation in the day-to-day labour implications of the company related, mainly to labour, couriers and business model.
  • Collaborate with external law firms.
  • Manage huge loads of data and information.
  • Review various types of legal documents, such as agreements, policies, procedures, etc.
  • Support and assess all the players involved in the business, especially the Ops team and support in the launch of new projects.
  • Get your hands dirty – when there is a problem, you will find a way to fix it.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • At least 4 years' experience in total with at least 2 years’ in a reputed law firm/big4 and/or 1 years as in-house lawyer with proven experience in labor law.
  • Advanced Spanish and English.
  • Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Knowledge of other fields of law is a plus.
  • Experience with Social Security systems is a plus.
  • Highly motivated in the world of start-ups and new technologies.
  • Problem solver.
  • Multitasking.
  • Organized and detail-oriented person.
  • Able to summarize complex matters in simple but complete and accurate recommendations.
  • International profile, able to work in a flexible, collaborative and multidisciplinary environment.
