ABOUT THE ROLE

Garantir a acuracidade, conformidade e otimização dos custos de transporte por meio da auditoria de fretes, validando cobranças, identificando divergências, assegurando o cumprimento de contratos e impulsionando melhorias contínuas nos processos logísticos.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Realizar auditoria de fretes (pré e/ou pós-pagamento), assegurando a correta aplicação de tabelas, contratos e políticas comerciais
Validar cobranças de transportadoras (frete peso, adicionais, pedágios, estadias, redespachos, etc.)
Identificar e tratar divergências de faturamento, conduzindo negociações e recuperações financeiras junto a transportadoras
Acompanhar e garantir o cumprimento de SLAs e KPIs de transporte relacionados à acuracidade de cobranças
Desenvolver e manter controles, relatórios e dashboards de auditoria e performance de fretes
Analisar tendências de custo e propor iniciativas de redução e eficiência
Trabalhar em conjunto com áreas de Logística, Finanças, Compras e Operações para melhoria dos processos

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU´LL BRING

Ensino superior cursando em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Financeira, Economia ou áreas correlatas.

Estrutura de composição de fretes (peso, cubagem, GRIS, ad valorem, pedágio, etc.)
Processos de auditoria pré e pós-pagamento
Excel intermediário (mandatório)
Familiaridade com TMS, ERPs e ferramentas de BI (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Conhecimentos fiscais aplicados ao transporte (diferencial desejável)
