We have an exciting opportunity for an Affiliate & Advocacy Specialist in London.

The Affiliate & Advocacy Specialist plays a key role within the Digital Marketing team, supporting the growth of our global performance marketing program. Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for managing and optimising our affiliate, advocacy, and performance influencer programs across EU and Global markets. You will work closely with our affiliate network, agency partners, and internal teams to drive high‑quality traffic, revenue, and brand advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate & Performance Influencer Program Management
Own and execute the affiliate strategy to deliver profitable growth, ensuring strong performance‑ across EU markets.
Partner with our affiliate network to grow traffic and revenue by optimising existing partnerships and sourcing new high-quality‑ publishers and creators.
Lead negotiations on commercial terms, commission structures, and promotional opportunities.
Work with design and translation teams on seasonal creative and copy.
Regularly audit publishers and placements to protect brand integrity.
Manage creator selection, deliverables, gifting bundles, and usage rights.
Identify, nurture, and manage relationships with performance influencer partners (including via platforms such as Metapic); identify creators who drive incremental value and align with brand positioning.
Collaborate with a wider cross-functional team to align the influencer content brief, governance, product knowledge, compliance, and messaging.
Brand Advocacy (Duel Platform)
Lead the day-to-day‑ management of our brand advocacy program in the UK with Duel, ensuring advocates are engaged, active, and delivering high ‑quality content.
Lead overall strategy for content advocates and affiliate advocates in the nurture program to maximize the program's growth.
Identify, onboard, and nurture brand advocates who authentically represent the brand and contribute to community-driven‑ growth.
Develop and execute advocacy campaigns that drive UGC, referrals, and incremental revenue.
Curate and approve inspiring, brand-safe content weekly, spotlighting best-in-class creator work for repurposing across wider channels and broader marketing activities (Collaborate with CRM, Social, and Creative teams).
Monitor advocate performance, content quality, and program health, using Duel’s tools and analytics to optimise participation and output.
Budget, Reporting & Operations
Manage the affiliate, advocacy, and influencer budget, including commissions, bonuses, and paid placements.
Forecasting tenancy and CSS budget at the market level.
Oversee monthly validation and invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and timely reconciliation.
Produce insightful weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc reports, highlighting performance trends and actionable recommendations.
Maintain tools and platforms, including Awin, Adobe, Duel, and internal dashboards.
Work with the internal operations team to brief on discount codes.
Identify opportunities for growth and optimisation across publisher models and markets through data-led analysis.
Tracking & tech management
Lead new tracking projects as the industry continues to evolve
Maintain accurate and up-to-date affiliate tracking, ensuring consistency.
Manage affiliate feeds and ensure the accuracy of custom labels and feeds across all markets.
You’ll Need to Have:
4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance influencers, or digital partnerships – ideally within a retail or e-commerce environment, though we welcome applications from candidates with equivalent experience in adjacent fields.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
Confident negotiator with experience managing partners, publishers, or creators.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, maintaining accuracy throughout.
Experience with affiliate networks (e.g., Awin) is a strong advantage. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is desirable – we primarily use Google Analytics and skills are transferable across platforms.
Strong communication skills and Stakeholder management skills to build relationships internally and externally.
Strong commercial mindset with a solid understanding of key performance indicators and how to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for the business.

Good knowledge of Competitors activity awareness at all times to capitalise on opportunities and repel threats
