About the role:
We are seeking a professional with a foundation in delivery operations principles, methodologies, and tools.
In this role you will support project teams by performing administrative activities and facilitating project logistics, developing and generating reports using AI agents, MS Excel and Automation. Knowledge in data analysis/visualization tools such as PowerBi and QuickBase is a welcome added bonus.
About the team:
Our Team supports FIS Professional Services management with the purpose of:
- Improving speed and quality of data driving business decisions
- Increase operational efficiencies and automation across reporting and administrative tasks
- Underpin all analytics with common tools, capabilities and best practices
We are a centralized PMO team responsible for professional services projects creation, Planview level1 support, reports creation and distribution.
What you will be doing:
- Responsible for creating projects in Planview and verification of the same
- Responsible for managing and tracking all PMO KPIs
- Responsible for administration of PS projects in Planview
- Work with Project Managers to follow up on business critical KPIs
- Work closely with Project Managers and Practise Managers to collate data and streamline processes
- Assist in daily coordination of various assigned projects
- Develop reports and produce materials required to support Operational reports
- Serve as a communication liaison between Project Managers and other FIS functional or department Managers to understand all necessary aspects of projects and to ensure all are fully informed of objectives, purposes and progress.
- Automation of reporting processes using Excel or web tools
- Providing reports based on Professional Services metrics and timesheet tracking information
- Responsible for documenting PMO, Ops processes to ensure they can be understood and followed by the Professional Services group
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
- 1-2 yrs exp in project management area / professional services operations support
- Familiarity with PMO tools and certifications such as PMP or CAPM (optional)
- Effective analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and carry out assignments that are sensitive in nature
- Excellent interpersonal skills as the position will need to work with global cross-functional teams
- Advance Excel knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly
- Experience in working with AI agents
Added bonus if you have:
- Experience with Data analysis tools, Data Visualization tools
- Experience with Planview / Monday.com PMO tool
