The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Bartender to join our vibrant team at Soho House Amsterdam, part of a global creative community and recently awarded a Michelin Key.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the member experience—creating exceptional moments through great drinks, genuine hospitality, and effortless service. From crafting cocktails to maintaining a welcoming bar atmosphere, you’ll play a key role in making every visit memorable. What you’ll do

Serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (and food when required)
Prepare and maintain the bar to Soho House standards
Mix cocktails with confidence and consistency
Deliver warm, engaging service in a fast-paced environment

What we’re looking for

Proven experience as a Bartender
A positive team player with strong communication skills
Flexible availability (evenings, weekends & public holidays)
Professional, reliable, and enthusiastic
Good English required (additional languages are a plus)

Compensation: above statutory minumum. From 2511€ to 2718€, based on experience (no youth salary when younger than 20 y/o)
