Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing

The role plays a key role in planning and delivering sales engagement initiatives, incentive programmes, and marketing events that drive business performance for partnership distribution.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales engagement campaigns, incentive programs, and marketing events to drive sales performance.

• Manage end‑to‑end event execution including vendor coordination, production, logistics, and on‑site operations.

• Coordinate overseas incentive (MICE) trips including itinerary planning, nomination process, and vendor management.

• Develop souvenir and award concepts aligned with program themes and brand guidelines.

• Act as key coordinator between internal stakeholders and bank partners to ensure smooth execution and alignment.

• Monitor program performance and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvements.

• Support budgeting, procurement, and compliance processes in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• To support ad hoc projects, and business requirements as assigned 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Tourism, Hotel Management, business or related disciplines.

• 2-3 years’ experience in event management, incentive programs, or hospitality‑related industries.

• Strong project management, coordination, and execution skills.

• Detail‑oriented, able to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.

• Willingness to travel and support on‑site event operations as required.

• Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
