As a Commercial Territory Manager for the Nordics, you will be the face of Tenable in one of the world's most digitally advanced regions. In 2026, "scanning for vulnerabilities" is the baseline; your mission is to help organizations master Continuous Exposure Management (CEM). You will drive growth by helping Danish and Swedish enterprises unify their risk data across IT, Cloud, Identity, and Operational Technology (OT) using the Tenable One platform.


This isn't just about hitting numbers; it’s about becoming a trusted advisor in a region that values authenticity, long-term relationships, and technological excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Territory Ownership: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the Commercial segment across Denmark and Sweden.
  • The Power of Presence: While we embrace hybrid work, we believe the best partnerships are built in person. You will travel regularly across the territory to meet customers face-to- face, facilitating deep-dive workshops and building the rapport that video calls can’t replicate.
  • Sell the "Platform" Vision: Lead consultative engagements around the Tenable One Platform, focusing on how AI-driven insights reduce business risk.
  • Master the IT/OT Convergence: Target the Nordics' robust manufacturing and energy sectors, bridging the gap between corporate IT and industrial OT environments.
  • AI-Enhanced Engagement: Utilize Tenable’s 2026 suite of AI tools to identify "high-intent" accounts, allowing you to spend less time on admin and more time on high-value human interaction.
  • Ecosystem Collaboration: Partner with tier-one Nordic channel partners (MSPs and VARs) to ensure "Day 1" value for every new customer.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Passion & Drive to Achieve: We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is
    genuinely passionate about the cybersecurity mission. You are driven by the satisfaction of achieving goals and seeing your territory flourish, but you view "sales" as a byproduct of solving real customer problems.
  • The "People Person" & Traveler: You are someone who thrives on human connection. You enjoy "getting out there," hitting the road, and meeting people face-to-face. You understand that the most impactful business happens over a coffee in Stockholm or a meeting in Copenhagen, and you welcome the travel required to make that happen.
  • Experience: 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience, specifically within the Nordic cybersecurity or cloud infrastructure market.
  • High EQ & Intentional Listening: You don’t just "pitch"; you listen with intent. You possess the self-awareness to navigate the nuances of Nordic business culture, reading between the lines to understand a customer’s true pain points. You believe that high emotional intelligence is the key to moving from "vendor" to "trusted partner."
