As a EMEA Logistics Project Leader you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading end-to-end project management within the EMEA Logistics Organization, ensuring on-time delivery, effective scope management, and strong stakeholder alignment
• Driving the standardization and centralization of logistics processes across the EMEA region to enhance efficiency, consistency, and operational excellence
• Identifying improvement opportunities and implementing process optimization initiatives that deliver measurable cost savings and service improvements
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and sustainable outcomes
• Monitoring project performance, tracking KPIs and SLAs, and providing regular progress updates to management
• Supporting the development and implementation of new capabilities and solutions across the logistics network in alignment with strategic business objectives

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in project management within logistics, supply chain, or operations (EMEA scope preferred)
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and delivering process improvement and cost-saving initiatives
• Experience in process standardization, centralization, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Strong project management skills (planning, execution, risk management, and delivery)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels

Job specifics:

• EMEA role based in Wroclaw, Poland
• Travel - May include up to 20% domestic/international
• This role has on-site working model, with the employee working at least four days a week in the designated 3M office
