시설관리 Technician 사원대리급 (광화문 근무)

주요 담당 업무

• 사이트 내 일상적인 총무, 워크플레이스 및 시설 운영 업무를 지원합니다.

• 법인카드를 사용하여 정기 사무용품 및 사이트 물품을 구매하고, 관련 비용을 시스템을 통해 처리합니다.

• 자판기 운영, 벤더 조율, 이슈 후속 조치 및 정산 관련 행정 업무를 관리합니다.

• 화물 엘리베이터 신청 및 관련 건물 출입 절차를 조율합니다.

• 주차 관리 및 관련 행정 조율 업무를 지원합니다.

• 긴급 현장 요청에 대응하고, 필요 시 현장 지원을 제공합니다.

• e스포츠 시즌 중 경기일 현장 운영을 지원합니다.

• 비품, 소모품, 사무용품, 렌탈 장비 및 기타 유형·무형 자산을 포함한 회사 자산을 관리합니다.

• 부대시설 및 관련 건물 상태를 모니터링하고 관리합니다.

• 원활한 서비스 제공을 위해 내부 이해관계자, 벤더, 건물 관리사무소 및 사이트 운영팀과 조율합니다.

• 사이트 운영과 관련된 일반 행정 업무를 지원합니다.

• 기타 시설, 워크플레이스 및 총무 관련 업무를 필요에 따라 수행합니다.

자격요건

• 총무, 워크플레이스 운영, 시설 지원 또는 관련 분야에서 1–2년 이상의 경험이 있는 분

• 일상 운영 및 이슈 해결에 있어 주도적이고 현장 중심이며 책임감 있는 태도를 가진 분

• 꼼꼼함을 바탕으로 정확하고 신뢰도 높은 결과물을 낼 수 있는 분

• 사이트 상황 및 운영 우선순위 변화에 적절하게 대응할 수 있는 분

• 상급자, 동료, 벤더 및 이해관계자와 원활하게 소통할 수 있는 분

• 영어 회화 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 분

우대사항

• 전기, 기계, 건물 시설 또는 장비 유지보수 관련 업무에서 1–2년 이상의 경험이 있는 분

• 건축 도면을 읽고 실제 현장 상태와 비교할 수 있는 분

• 시즌 운영 중 상급자 및 팀원과 근무 일정을 유연하게 조율할 수 있는 분

• 이벤트 베뉴, 엔터테인먼트 시설, 오피스 또는 복합 업무공간 지원 경험이 있는 분 우대

근무 스케줄

e스포츠 시즌 중

공식 경기 및 행사 일정에 따라 대략 1월~4월 초, 6월~9월 초 기간에 해당합니다.

• 테크니션 1명이 수요일~일요일 고정 근무로 배정될 수 있습니다.

• 해당 근무의 기본 사이트 커버리지는 적용 가능한 휴게시간을 포함하여 13:00–22:00입니다.

• 근무시간은 운영 필요, 경기 일정, 승인된 연장근무 또는 대체휴무 조정 방식에 따라 변동될 수 있습니다.

비시즌 중

e스포츠 시즌 외 기간으로, 연간 약 3개월에 해당합니다.

• 월요일~금요일 / 10:00–19:00, 휴게시간 1시간 포함입니다.
