We are looking for a Product Manager - Invoicing & Partner Payouts to join the FinTech domain. In this role you will centrally own the financial data computation, customer and partner invoicing as well as the payout to partners such as mobility providers and our driving partners. You will closely collaborate with the Finance and operational teams to create transparency with our partners about their financials, building our most important value with them: Trust. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in financial products, an understanding of European accounting procedures and a high awareness for accuracy and correctness.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Keeping our most valuable treasure: You are keeping the data and its computations right, which is the foundation of our Finance department.
    Our partners rely on the correctness of this data as it stands for the trust in our platform.
  • Backlog Management & Prioritisation: Lead on the creation, refinement and prioritization of your backlog and communicate prioritisation decisions to wider business
  • Discovery: Proactively identify key product improvement opportunities to independently scope, prioritise and lead their execution end-to-end
  • Product Strategy: Develop overall product strategy, manage the roadmap and lead its execution to drive sustainable user engagement
  • Hypothesis Driven Development: Provide leadership in defining MVPs that allow us to test our hypothesis while delivering a delightful customer experience
  • Collaboration: Work closely with development teams and mediate between technical, UX/UI and business matters, backing up your opinion with data and drive decisions forward when needed

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • Work Experience: >= 5 years of work experience Product Management or Growth, preferably in Tech or Startup environment
  • Academic Background: You have a degree from an accredited university preferably from Computer, Industrial or other Engineering fields.
  • UX / UI Skill: Aptitude for UI/UX and having a keen eye for what makes a good customer experience. Experience working very hands-on with designers
  • Fluency with Data: Analytical mindset and ability to independently leverage data for prioritisation and decision making
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong collaboration, and superb communication skills (both written and oral) and ability to synthesize information quicklyCommercial Understanding: Proven record of taking complex business problems and coming up with innovative and effective product solutions.
  • Impact: You have a solid track record of driving concrete results at consumer-facing start-ups/large organizations and Experience delivering web or mobile products of a significant scale and complexity, shipping on a regular basis across different platforms.
  • Prior Experience with ERP & accounting systems is a significant plus.
