Description
APPLE INC has the following available in Austin, Texas.Execute and deliver Apple-developed methodology and templates acting as a reference point for queries and information. Deliver project specific CM framework analysis including project stakeholder analysis, collect and validate change impacts for the project, track the communications, documentations and training plans for the project, coordinate with business/readiness & track leads for the projects on the deployment of each of these activities, and for owning the tracking the Adoption Monitoring plan. Deliver change management on a large, cross-functional ERP initiative, including stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, and communications and training plans. Maintain and updating change management framework and templates. Work independently while providing visibility and status reporting to project team, change management team and leadership. 40 hours/week.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. 2 years of experience with each of the following skills is required: Use and application of change management methodologies such as PROSCI Developing, leading, and executing end-to-end change strategies across complex, cross-functional initiatives. Conducting change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness plans Using Keynote to create executive-facing presentations that effectively convey change narratives and adoption strategies Identifying, analyzing, and engaging key stakeholders to build alignment and ensure accountability Demonstrated ability to work across PMO, product, operations, and communications teams to deliver integrated change plans Experience in supporting multi-year, high-impact programs and working within fast-paced environments Defining success metrics and tracking progress toward adoption and change goals
