This role is highly embedded in site and HQ operations and requires strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and cross-functional influence. You will identify opportunities, remove barriers, and implement solutions that improve recovery rates, optimize disposition pathways, and enhance return-to-vendor outcomes.

Recommerce & Salvage Strategy Execution
- Partner with Recommerce team to operationalize salvage strategies, including resale, liquidation, and recycling channels. Include opportunities for local sales and recovery improvement.
- Ensure inventory is accurately categorized, processed, and routed to maximize financial recovery and sustainability outcomes.
Return-to-Vendor (RTV) Performance
- Identify and improve RTV pathways to ensure efficient, compliant, and value-maximizing returns to vendor partners.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal partners to resolve friction points and improve speed, accuracy, and recovery value.
Site Partnership & Operational Enablement
- Act as a key partner to site leadership, embedding recommerce and returns strategy into daily operations.
- Provide insights, reporting, and recommendations that improve decision-making and execution at the facility level.
Vendor & External Partner Management
- Interface with vendor partners and third-party providers to optimize recovery channels and performance.
- Monitor vendor performance and identify opportunities to improve outcomes through process, contract, or capability enhancements.
Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Leverage data to track performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish and monitor key metrics tied to recovery rate, disposition accuracy, and financial return.
About You
- 6+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate insights into action.
- Experience working in or closely with distribution, fulfillment, or logistics operations.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and drive change in a matrixed environment.
- Experience working with vendors or external partners to improve operational or financial outcomes.
