- This role is responsible to help achieve PD Sharia Bancassurance Sales Target to support growth of AFYP, Productivity and Persistency in the supervised areas.

- Successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)
- Min of a Bachelor degree, preferrable from Finance, Business and Sales background.
- Preferrable a Certified Financial Planner, leadership and/or Sales Management
- A 6-years plus of experience in managing Sharia Bancassurance business
Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)
Develop sales strategy to ensure PD Sharia Bancassurance sales target is achieved
Actively communicate and closely engage with bank partners to drive sales through several initiatives and programs
Actively coordinate with related Departments to support functions, such as Bancassurance academy, marketing, event, manpower, to ensure activities are run smoothly
Monitor data of sales achievement as well as sales performance related to production and contest
Ensure Sales Quality is excellent using sales indicators of persistency, client satisfaction, and productivity
