A Day in the Life
InternshipThis internship combines marketing support with strong operational execution in a dynamic healthcare environment. You will give support to the Nordics/NE region of our Neuromodulation department. The role goes beyond classic desk marketing and offers hands-on exposure to how marketing activities are executed in practice, including webinars, materials, contracts, supply coordination, team coordination and cross‑functional collaboration.
You will support several initiatives in parallel and work closely with the marketing team and internal stakeholders. This role suits someone who enjoys responsibility, variety, and practical problem‑solving, and who feels energized rather than stressed by a busy environment.
Marketing, Webinar & Activity Support:
Support marketing activities related to webinars, meetings, and selected events, including preparation of invitations and digital content.
Assist with adapting and localizing marketing materials, ensuring smooth approval processes, printing, and timely availability for sales force.
Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all materials.
Support the coordination and execution of webinars and meetings, including registrations, speaker coordination, timelines, and follow-up activities.
Respond proactively to last-minute changes and support smooth delivery.
Webinar & Activity Coordination:
Support the planning and execution of events and webinars, including registrations, invitations, coordination with speakers, and follow-up activities.
Assist with selected meetings as part of marketing initiatives.
Support timelines, task coordination, and practical execution to ensure smooth delivery.
React proactively to last-minute changes or issues, helping keep activities on track.
Contract & Marketing Administration Support:
Support contract coordination to ensure timely contracting of customers and partners related to marketing activities.
Maintain well-organized records of contracts, plans, vendor agreements, and documentation.
Supply Management Support:
Manage supply to ensure the products reach hospitals in time for surgeries.
Assist with monitoring, follow-ups, and resolving urgent or unexpected supply-related issues.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders when problem-solving is required.
Stakeholder & Team Coordination:
Support communication and coordination with internal teams, healthcare professionals, and partners.
Assist with registrations and practical support before and during webinars, meetings, and activities.
Coordinate multiple tasks and projects simultaneously across different teams.
Competencies:
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
Interest in marketing combined with enjoyment of operational, hands-on work
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Resilient, calm under pressure, and comfortable with changing priorities

Work Experience: Not required. Internship only.
Education: Graduate.
Type of Degree: Business, Marketing, Health Sciences (Biomedical engineering, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biology)
Minimum requirements: Office (Advanced): Word, Excel and Power Point.
Languages: English (Reading: Advanced level (C1) / Writing: Advanced level (C1) / Conversation: Advanced level (C1)).
Additional Information:
- Internship agreement
- Duration: 12 months (extendable + 6months)
- Full time
- Schedule: flexible 7:30-10_00 to 16:00-18:30. Fridays and summer months intensive day
- Office presence (Madrid, Spain): minimum 2 days/week
- Study aid of €1000 gross/month + Food Aid (Ticket restaurant)
