What You’ll Bring

• Proven retail leadership experience at Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager level, ideally within a fast‑paced environment
• Strong visual merchandising capability with a creative approach to store presentation
• Demonstrated commitment to coaching, supporting, and developing high‑performing teams
• A continuous‑improvement mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for learning and growth
• Well‑developed skills in planning, prioritisation, and time management
• Committed to promoting a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for teams and customers

Please note: This role will involve travel to another TK Maxx store for training prior to the Mandurah store opening.
