The Role:

We’re looking for a Digital Director to lead full‑funnel digital strategy across a diverse patch of Retail, Auto and FMCG clients. You’ll drive integrated planning across Search, Social and Programmatic, guide clients through measurement and data challenges, and act as a senior strategic advisor who can simplify complexity and influence at the highest level. You’ll also shape a high‑performing team and ensure strong commercial and operational hygiene across a large portfolio.

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead integrated digital strategy across brand and performance channels

  • Build measurement frameworks (attribution, incrementality, MMM, first‑party data)

  • Act as a senior advisor, challenging briefs and crafting clear, executive‑ready narratives

  • Oversee commercial accuracy, SOW management and portfolio profitability

  • Coach and develop a high‑performing digital team

  • Deliver vertical‑specific excellence across Retail (eComm & DCO), Auto (lead gen & attribution) and FMCG (large‑scale awareness)

A bit about you:

  • Established experience in a Media agency landscape, with some experience already operating at a leadership level.

  • Deep expertise across Search, Social, Programmatic and GMP platforms

  • Strong full‑funnel thinking and channel integration skills

  • Confident discussing advanced measurement and first‑party data strategies

  • Proven commercial acumen managing $10M+ portfolios

  • A strategic storyteller who can simplify complex data

  • A people leader who builds capability and navigates change

  • Comfortable working across multiple fast‑moving verticals
