As a People Services Generalist, you will manage employee life cycle management and query handling activities, ensuring seamless operations across onboarding, job changes, international transfers, and offboarding processes.
The 5 Service Lines are:
- Purchase to Pay (including Travel & Expense)
- Account to Report
- Customer Invoicing to Cash
- People Services
- Contracting
With respect to People Services, the Business Services Center covers the following areas:
- Manage Organization & Employee Master Data
- Employee Life Cycle Management
- Query Handling
- People Services Technology Management

Main responsibilities:
- Manage employee life cycle management and query handling (C2R) activities in the geography as per their respective Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Manage Tickets that are received and handle On-/Off Boarding and Job Change Processes
- Coordinate the administration of international permanent transfer and local foreign hire
- Coordinate and administer termination and offboarding activities
- Ensure that changes are correctly reflected in all related systems
- Manage all documents related to employee life cycle management (preparation, collection, validation, archiving)
- Work on continuous improvement for the service and case volume reductions for L2 and L3 with improving Level 0 for all employees
- Help ensure knowledge databases are updated; knowledge transfer occurs up/down streams
- Address operational issues and follow through to resolution in an effective and timely manner
- Monitor operational KPIs and compliance with Sanofi policies and guidelines including GDPR
- Provide Level 1 and 2 support for this sub-process
- Manage direct queries from employees via ticket and calls
- Drive continuous improvement
About you
Experience:
- Fresh graduate/early career, expressing interest in HR
- General understanding of HR processes and activities is advantage
Technical and soft skills:
- Computer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems as e.g., Workday is advantage
- Familiar with Ticketing Management tools (such as ServiceNow) is advantage
- User level of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word etc.)
- Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
- Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with People Services front line teams with an end-to-end mindset
- Good communication skills, attentive to customer needs & feedback
- Organized and structured to execute tasks according to deadlines, attention to details is crucial
Education:
- Degree with HR or business administration or equivalent experience
Language:
- English and German language knowledge (min. B2-C1) is a must
- Knowledge of other European language is welcome

The salary range for this position is :Ft6 316 800,00 - Ft8 422 400Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
