Job Description

As a Technology Delivery Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of complex, high-impact technology initiatives that support Pharmacy and broader healthcare operations. You are a trusted partner to business and IT leaders, bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to critical programs while balancing speed, quality, and business value. This role is well-suited for a collaborative leader who thrives in ambiguity, drives results, and approaches challenges with curiosity and resilience.

Key Responsibilities         

  • Own end-to-end delivery of assigned strategic technology initiatives, ensuring outcomes align with business priorities, value realization, and release commitments.

  • Partner closely with Technical Product Owners, Business Product Owners, domain leaders, and vendors to define scope, milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans.

  • Apply project and agile delivery practices to plan, track, and report progress, risks, and performance metrics across multiple complex initiatives.

  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and resource constraints, escalating with clear mitigation and contingency plans to keep leadership informed and engaged.

  • Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration across engineering, pharmacy operations, testing, training, and support teams to enable smooth implementation and adoption.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reporting, presenting progress and insights to IT and business stakeholders.

  • Ensure adherence to delivery governance, documentation standards, and continuous improvement practices.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and change agent, helping teams navigate priorities, adapt to change, and deliver measurable results.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in technology delivery, IT project management, or program management for complex initiatives.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience applying project management and Agile methodologies to drive predictable, high-quality delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, project management, or a related field.

  • Healthcare, PBM, or regulated industry experience.

  • PMP and/or Scrum Master certification.

  • Experience with tools such as Jira and Microsoft Office for planning, tracking, and reporting.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
