Job Description

Join the Movement with Highbar, New England’s most innovative PT practice!

Highbar Physical Therapy is a premier outpatient physical therapy practice experiencing significant growth across New England. We are on a mission to revolutionize the physical therapy industry, empowering clinicians to excel in their field while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

A Pelvic Health Role Built to Actually Support Your Practice

Highbar is actively growing its Pelvic Health program across Rhode Island and Massachusetts. This role is designed for a PT who wants to treat the full spectrum of pelvic health — women's health, men's health, pregnancy/postpartum — in a practice that gives you the time, tools, and mentorship to actually do it well.

Base salary: $80,000–$100,000 + uncapped performance bonus + student loan payoff. Under 12 patients/day, 1:1 care, AI documentation, and a pelvic health team that's genuinely invested in your growth. Here's what sets this role apart:

Your Pelvic Health Development at Highbar:

  • Exclusive Pelvic Health Clinical Development Pathway: Clinician-designed programs unique to Highbar that support personalized growth in both clinical skill and professional purpose. We built individual mentorship, live and virtual meetings to bring our team together, and the highest level internal and external coursework. A clear roadmap to help you thrive in your area of passion - all while being part of a team that genuinely cares about its patients and each other
  • Pelvic Health Mentorship:  2 hours per week for 12 weeks of application-focused, structured mentorship with a dedicated Pelvic Health PT.
  • Pelvic Health Special Interest Group: Monthly meeting with Highbar Pelvic Health team and guests to discuss topics of interest and collaborate based off of clinician needs/interests .
  • Professional Development: Uncapped external continuing education to support your personal goals - plus access to over $15K worth of in-house courses each year, including Dry Needling and our signature Core-4 series.
  • Comprehensive Support: Our support team, including skilled Exercise Specialists, is here to assist you and your pelvic health patients with any clinical or operational needs, ensuring a smooth and effective care experience.
  • Student Loan Assistance: We directly assist with your student loans until they are completely paid off.
  • Cutting edge documentation and patient management software: Using Prompt as our EMR in combination with AI documentation software to ensure our therapists spend more time with their patients and less time documenting.
  • Stay Balanced: Our patient caseload expectations are less than 12 patients per day, ensuring time for quality care and professional development.

What You'll Need:

  • The entry bar is intentionally accessible — if you're interested in pelvic health and willing to learn, we'll meet you where you are.
  • Graduate of an accredited university with a Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA
  • Current Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Experienced with or interested in pelvic health training (we’ll support your development if you’re new to the field!)
