- Drive AI transformation deals by conducting consultative selling conversations with business decision makers (BDMs), showcasing the value of Copilot, Copilot Studio, Viva, and Agents at Work.
- Act as a trusted advisor by aligning AI solutions to customer priorities, building compelling ROI-based business cases, and qualifying deals effectively.
- Accelerate paid Copilot growth through immersive engagements, extensibility strategies, and security-focused narratives.
- Partner with others cross-organizationally and support the development of end-to-end sales motions for Copilot Studio and Cloud PC/Virtualization (Windows 365 and AVD), including Intune Suite attach opportunities.
- Grow frontline worker (FLW) sockets and Copilot adoption, driving upsell and customer prioritization in collaboration with Digital Sales and Engineering teams.
- Support Agent 365、ME5、ME7 opportunities through partner-led motions and orchestrate deal closure with Commercial Executives.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to help build new pipeline and secure customer intent to buy by leveraging digital signals, partner workshops, and marketing events.
- Maintain accurate account plans and MSX updates, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and consumption milestones.
- Coordinate cross-solution opportunities across Security, Business Applications, Surface, and Azure, partnering with ATU, CSU, FastTrack, and other stakeholders.
- Uphold compliance by modeling ethical behavior, completing required trainings, and proactively identifying and escalating risks. Lead technical GTM strategy for AI Workforce
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND
- 5+years work experience that included 2+ years of experience in technology-related sales or solution area business management
Preferred
- 4+ years solution or services sales experience.
- 1+ year of experience with Generative and Agentic AI
