As a Sales Team Leader with German , you will manage a team of Digital Marketing Account Managers in Athens, who are part of Concentrix’s B2B network. Your team supports top brands in accelerating their digital sales and customer-success strategies. Leveraging smart technology, data-powered insights, and a talented local team, you will help businesses scale efficiently and unlock new growth.Essential Functions – Duties and Responsibilities:
Leadership and Motivation: Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Digital Marketing Account Managers. Guide them in supporting advertisers on a leading global search and digital advertising platform, using consultative selling, digital marketing expertise, and relationship management to help clients achieve their business goals.
Sales Forecasting and CRM Management: Provide accurate sales forecasts and execute all required customer success motions. Ensure that CRM data is up-to-date and accurate.
Problem Solving and Support: Act as an enabler by removing both internal and external roadblocks, helping your team resolve challenges to support sales opportunities.
Performance Monitoring and Coaching: Monitor and drive team call time and productivity. Conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions with all team members.
Data and Trend Analysis: Analyze data, performance trends, and customer experiences to develop and implement strategic sales plays and best practices tailored to specific clients or territories.
Market Awareness and Communication: Stay informed on developments in client products/services and market trends. Ensure that your team is informed about the latest industry directions.
Client Escalation and Management: Serve as a point of escalation for client and respond promptly to any issues. Maintain communication with the Sales Director and client to foster strategic relationships.
Revenue Maximization and Account Management: Effectively manage client accounts with a clear view of maximizing revenue. Communicate quarterly objectives clearly to clients.
Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with client on reporting and forecasting. Ensure team alignment with operating plan targets, sales targets, and client performance targets (CPTs).
Training and Development: Collaborate with internal resources and external partners to develop a coaching and training platform focused on customer success and revenue retention. Ensure ongoing development of the team.
Professionalism and Relationship Building: Maintain high levels of professionalism in all interactions with your team and clients. Build strong business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to meet customer expectations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to optimize sales processes and systems, achieving a superior customer experience.
Influencing Client Decisions: Lead your team to effectively influence buying and renewal processes, aiming for greater client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years in a B2B sales leadership role or similar, with a track record of success in customer experience and team results.
- Knowledgeable in High-Performance Selling methodologies.
- Results-driven, with strong analytical, strategic, and operational skills.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume sales environments with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English (B2-C1) Plus German (B2-C2)
- Willingness to work onsite in Athens.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
