Votre mission

Au cœur de la relation client, vous êtes un acteur clé du support technique et de la satisfaction client.

Votre rôle s’articule autour de deux axes majeurs :

Assistance technique à distance (téléphone & email)
Coordination et suivi des interventions techniques

Vous intervenez sur des équipements innovants en imagerie et laboratoire, dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution.

Vos responsabilités

Support technique & relation client

Répondre aux demandes techniques des clients (téléphone & email)
Diagnostiquer les pannes et proposer des solutions adaptées
Résoudre les incidents à distance (télémaintenance)
Accompagner les clients dans l’utilisation et la maintenance des équipements
Assurer le suivi technique des produits et leur évolution

Gestion des interventions & SAV

Organiser et piloter les interventions (création, planification, clôture)
Rédiger les rapports de diagnostic et d’intervention
Établir les devis et assurer la facturation
Suivre les dossiers clients et effectuer les relances si nécessaire

Gestion des équipements & logistique

Gérer les équipements de prêt (préparation, maintenance, suivi, stock)
Assurer les mouvements de stock dans l’ERP
Préparer les expéditions (colisage, bons de livraison, transport)
Réceptionner et traiter les équipements clients et SAV

Polyvalence & collaboration

Intervenir sur l’ensemble des gammes produits (radiologie, échographie, laboratoire, IT)
Collaborer avec les équipes internes (logistique, ventes, SAV)
Assurer un rôle de back-up selon les besoins

Suivi & amélioration continue

Reporter les incidents ou situations critiques au Responsable SAV
Participer aux inventaires et au suivi administratif
Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des process

Mobilité

Déplacements ponctuels pour formations en France et en Europe

Votre profil

Formation technique (électronique, biomédical, IT ou équivalent)
Première expérience en support technique ou SAV appréciée
Bonnes capacités d’analyse et de diagnostic
Sens du service client et excellent relationnel
Organisation, rigueur et esprit d’équipe
À l’aise avec les outils informatiques / ERP
