Job Snapshot

As an Engagement Manager, you’ll drive the end-to-end delivery and business success of Mindtickle solutions by combining products and services to meet client goals. Partnering with the Client Partner, you'll co-own account success - focusing on delivery, solutioning, value realization, and growth. You will coordinate and work closely with internal teams (Professional Services, Tech Support, Field Engineering, and others) to ensure seamless implementation, adoption, and ongoing support. Ideal candidates bring deep technical expertise and business acumen, with backgrounds in SaaS, tech consulting, or IT delivery.
