About the role
1. Lead full-cycle EPC projects for water treatment systems (wastewater, UPW, reclaim, chemical systems), covering initiation, costing, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and final acceptance.
2. Serve as the primary customer interface, especially with TSMC, managing requirements clarification, TCC discussions, scope alignment, risk management, and schedule control.
3. Handle front-end tender activities, including cost estimation, BOQ/engineering quantity evaluation, proposal (RFP) preparation, and bid strategy.
4. Coordinate internal cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, QA/QC, EHS) to ensure project objectives are met within schedule and budget.
5. Oversee site execution including installation, system integration, commissioning (FAT/SAT), and system handover.
6. Lead joint tender and joint execution efforts with strategic partners (EPC contractors, OEMs, civil/M&E subcontractors), including scope division, interface management, and collaborative planning.
7. Drive project documentation control, EHS compliance, customer audits, contract management, and project closing activities.
8. Monitor cost, change orders, invoicing progress, and overall project P&L performance.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of EPC or water treatment project management experience.
• Direct experience working with TSMC specifications, fab facility requirements, or water/chemical plant projects (MANDATORY).
• Experience in tendering, cost estimation, proposal writing, and bid coordination.
• Proven capability to collaborate with external partners on joint bids and joint EPC execution.
• Excellent leadership, communication, contract negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in UPW/STP/reclaim/wastewater or semiconductor facility EPC projects.
• PMP or other project management certifications.
