How will you make an impact?
- Identify high-value opportunities to transform business processes using AI and automationPartner with stakeholders across the business and IT to define and deliver end-to-end solutions
- Own the creation of solution and design documentation, translating business needs into scalable workflows
- Lead cross-functional delivery in a matrixed organization, driving initiatives from concept through implementation
- Embed enterprise AI tools—especially Claude, Copilot, and ChatGPT Enterprise—into real business use cases
- Drive adoption and change management to ensure solutions are actively used and deliver measurable impact
- Align stakeholders, navigate competing priorities, and push initiatives forward without direct authority
Have you got what it takes?
Core Experience
Background in business analysis, solution design, or similar roles
Proven experience in project or program management, leading cross-functional initiatives
Demonstrated success owning and delivering business process transformation initiatives
Key Capabilities
Strong ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems into clear, executable solutions
Experience working across business stakeholders and IT in enterprise environments
Skilled in writing design and solution documentation, not just gathering requirements
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive alignment and outcomes in a matrix organization
AI & Automation Experience
Experience applying AI tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or ChatGPT Enterprise within a business context
Proven ability to drive adoption of AI or automation tools across teams
Practical understanding of how AI fits into real workflows—not just theoretical knowledge
