Quality Assurance Automation Engineer (f/m/x)

The Consolidated Data Hub (CDH) for self-service devices (SSD) provides data and capabilities for reporting, operations support, fraud analysis, device monitoring (including predictive maintenance), and improving customer experience and service quality.

Responsibilities:

• Work within software development projects as a QA-Specialist and Testing Engineer to analyse, detail and document test cases for the consolidated data hub of cash and self-service data.
• Align with the Product Owner of the team on the product vision as well as dedicated requirements – with a strong focus to enable an efficient and mostly complete testing of the product.
• Define test sets for User Acceptance and End-2-End tests (manual and automated) and monitor the creation and execution/ re-test of the test cases within.
• Be responsible to align with the business analysts as well as the developers 

Skills:

• Good programming knowledge, preferably in Python, and a desire to learn modern frameworks
• Strong hands-on experience in web application testing using Selenium with Java (Serenity is nice to have)
• Experience in continuous integration/deployment
• Hands-on experience with API testing frameworks such as Karate Framework and tools like Postman/SoapUI.
• Familiarity with Agile Project and issue tracking tools like HP ALM and JIRA.
• Advanced analytical and communication skills, independence and initiative, ability to work in agile delivery teams.
• Familiarity with database queries
• A passion for constantly learning in a constantly evolving web environment
• Fluent in spoken and written English; German is a plus.
