About the role
What the Role Entails
- 负责UGC个人创作者与PGC地图制作团队的全面运营，涵盖从招募引入、成长培养到深度维系的全流程管理，构建并维护高质量的创作者社群生态。
- 深入洞察平台用户需求与内容生态动向，通过数据分析、调研反馈等方式识别用户痛点，制定并实施分层分类的创作者运营策略，持续提升创作者活跃度与内容产出效率。
- 策划并统筹执行线上线下创作者运营活动，包括主题创作赛事、作者workshop等，增强创作者粘性，提升平台在创作生态中的影响力。
- 整合区域与平台资源，推动建立系统化的作者赋能体系，通过培训、工具支持与资源倾斜，提升UGC作者的专业能力与内容质量。
Who We Look For
- 本科及以上学历，1年以上互联网内容运营、创作者运营或社群运营等相关工作经验，具备UGC/PGC双端运营经验者优先。
- 具备出色的沟通协调能力与用户洞察力，能有效建立并维护与不同类型创作者的信任关系，激发其持续创作优质内容。
- 对互联网内容行业有浓厚兴趣，对UGC内容生态具有热情，具备良好的学习能力与创新意识。
- 逻辑清晰，表达流畅，抗压能力强，能适应快节奏、高协同的工作环境，具备一定英语沟通能力者优先。
