This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Machine Operator-Finishing in New Oxford, PA, with Signify.  

• Remove gating and excess material from sand casting using belt sander, hand tools, or vertical bandsaw

• Remove cores from castings

• Keep area clean and organized

• Participate in LEAN, Safety activities, and other company initiatives

More about you

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)

• Must have the ability to communicate clearly with supervisors and other foundry personnel

• Must have the ability to use hand tools and large mechanical machines in the casting process

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work

• Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment; must be able to comply with all Safety policies and procedures

• Able to lift 50 lbs; position requires incumbent to stand during assigned shift

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs

Rate = $17.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience

Benefits – Medical, dental, vision, PTO

Hours – 5am to 3:30pm Monday through Thursday (Overtime as needed)
