- Manage the end-to-end delivery of L3 Sales Hub (SAVANT) product enhancements, acting as Product Owner for the dedicated L3 delivery team. This role ensures POS system features requested by the Agency and Bancassurance channels are scoped, prioritized, and delivered to a high standard in close coordination with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.

Product ownership and agile delivery in a multi-vendor team environment
Backlog management and sprint planning using JIRA or equivalent tools
Understanding of POS (Point of Sale) systems and agent/advisor digital workflows
Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
Basic understanding of mobile, web, and backend system architecture to enable productive conversations with engineers
Stakeholder management across business and technology teams
Knowledge of insurance distribution channels (Agency, Bancassurance) is an advantage
Familiarity with UAT coordination and defect triage processes
Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or agile project coordination
Hands-on experience working in sprint-based delivery teams.
Experience with POS systems, agency management systems, or insurance distribution platforms is an advantage.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent is a plus.
Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.

Product Ownership & Backlog Management
Own and maintain the L3 Sales Hub product backlog; translate business feature requests from Agency and Bancassurance channels into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready tasks for the delivery team.
Delivery Coordination
Coordinate day-to-day delivery activities across the L3 team (backend, web, mobile engineers, QA, and UI/UX); facilitate sprint planning, review, and retrospective ceremonies to maintain a predictable delivery cadence.
Stakeholder Communication
Communicate delivery progress, risks, and roadmap updates to Vito Budiman and relevant business stakeholders; manage expectations on scope and timelines across FPT vendor team, SLGS, and local IT developers.
Quality & Acceptance
Define and validate acceptance criteria for all L3 deliverables; coordinate UAT with business users and ensure defects are resolved before feature releases to production.
Process Improvement
Identify and implement improvements to the L3 delivery workflow; document processes, decision logs, and feature specifications to maintain institutional knowledge within the team.
