Role Summary and Impact
As a Senior Performance Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple clients and channels. You will play a critical role in driving performance outcomes, delivering strategic recommendations, and ensuring best-in-class campaign execution. Working closely with internal teams and platform partners, you will help clients achieve their business objectives through data-driven media strategies and continuous innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of performance marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives and KPIs.
- Partner closely with Planning teams to ensure performance considerations are integrated into broader media strategies, channel selection, and measurement frameworks.
- Manage and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Linked in and Programmatic.
- Apply advanced optimization techniques including audience segmentation, testing frameworks, bid strategy enhancements, and performance analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify trends and growth opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and present campaign reports, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations with clear business impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Planning, Analytics, Ad Operations, and Client Leadership to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media partners, leveraging platform capabilities and beta opportunities to drive innovation.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring accurate pacing, forecasting, and performance against targets.
- Support the adoption of new products, tools, and technologies that enhance campaign performance and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and support Performance Executives and Managers, providing guidance on best practices, campaign management, and professional development.
Skills and Experience
- 5–7+ years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of delivering strong campaign results.
- Strong hands-on expertise across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Display.
- Advanced analytical capabilities and proficiency with reporting and visualization tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Excel, and platform reporting suites.
- Strong understanding of attribution methodologies, audience strategies, conversion tracking, and bidding approaches.
- Experience managing campaign budgets and delivering performance against client KPIs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
- Experience managing client relationships and confidently presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop junior team members while fostering collaboration across teams.
- Highly organized with strong project management and problem-solving skills.
