Job Overview
This role plays a key part in ensuring that DePuy Synthes operates with the highest standards of integrity and compliance. As a Sr. Supervisor in Enterprise Compliance (Education), you will lead the development and delivery of compliance-related training programs that strengthen employee understanding of regulatory and ethical expectations. You will partner across Commercial Excellence and broader business teams to embed a culture of compliance, mitigating risk while enabling business growth. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by shaping how compliance education supports business decisions and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and execution of compliance education and training programs aligned with enterprise policies and regulatory requirements
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify compliance risks and translate them into targeted learning initiatives
• Oversee training delivery methods (e-learning, live sessions, and communications) to ensure effective knowledge transfer and engagement
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance training programs, using metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Support implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls across commercial functions
• Contribute to compliance risk identification, monitoring, and reporting activities, including audits and assessments
• Ensure accurate tracking, documentation, and reporting of training completion and compliance-related activities
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on compliance education requirements and best practices
• Promote awareness of regulatory changes and ensure training materials are updated accordingly
• Foster a culture of accountability, ethics, and continuous improvement aligned with Johnson & Johnson’s Credo
Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree required (e.g., Business, Law, Compliance, Healthcare, or related field)
• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master’s in Compliance, Education, or related discipline) preferred
Experience and Skills:
Required:
• Significant professional experience in compliance, ethics, legal, or regulatory functions (the job catalog confirms compliance roles focus on ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies, though it does not specify exact years for this level)
• Experience designing and delivering training or education programs in a corporate or regulated environment
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, internal controls, and risk mitigation practices

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience monitoring compliance data and performance metrics

• Knowledge of Health Care Compliance (HCC) or similar regulatory frameworks

• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives in compliance programs
• Exposure to regional or global compliance requirements, particularly in Latin America
Other:
• Languages: Portuguese required; English proficiency strongly preferred
• Travel: Up to 20% (domestic and occasional international)
• Certifications: Compliance-related certifications (e.g., CCEP) preferred
