The Facilities Coordinator will assist the Facilities Manager with operational activities in accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies and helpdesk.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Corrigo helpdesk system for designated sites, ensuring work orders are closed within SLA timelines with professional client communication and updates

  • Provide superior customer service to meet or exceed client expectations while supporting the delivery of KPIs and SLAs through proactive monitoring

  • Conduct regular site inspections and health and safety audits to ensure building procedures, performance measures, and compliance standards are consistently maintained

  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring contractors deliver high-quality services and meet duration and quality targets while addressing underperformance

  • Assist with financial processes including vendor payment coordination, budget tracking, and ordering of office supplies and equipment

  • Follow JLL Contractor Management procedures rigorously, ensuring all services comply with JLL standards, statutory requirements, and client guidelines

  • Proactively identify service improvement opportunities, implement industry best practices, and support JLL's Quality Management program while maintaining document confidentiality


Requirements

  • Experience in facilities management, property management, hospitality, or related operational environment with knowledge of local health and safety requirements

  • Understanding of critical facilities operations including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and building management systems

  • Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and work order platforms

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with capacity to navigate ambiguity, resolve complex issues independently, and remain effective under pressure

  • Excellent customer service orientation with strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local language

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to work independently and focus on achieving performance targets

  • Flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing situations in a dynamic work environment
