Job Description:
Exciting opportunity to join the site R&D team at HYD in Quality & Food Safety function as Laboratory Executive Analytics.
QC Associate shall work QC Laboratory (primarily Analytical section), in close coordination with Lab Team, Lab technical coordinator , Shift Manager, Supply Director, Product Development In charge, PPI, Planning team and other R&D Associates. He/she shall be responsible to follow approved test methods, lab equipment’s calibrations, maintain accurate records, timely internal/ external communication, close coordination with External laboratories, key Suppliers and Operations Team and maintenance of Laboratory assets.
What are we looking for?
- Educational & Professional Qualification. MSc –Chemistry with first class (or)/ B. Tech Food technology or MSc- in any Life Sciences, with Chemistry as one of the subjects in B Sc. with first class.
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in analytical or microbiological laboratory. Working experience with Food/ Pharma Company is preferable.
- He/She who is willing to Delivers Consistent Results and Creates Collaborative Relationships, with good written and oral Communication skill
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Conduct inspection, analysis of incoming raw & packaging materials as per test plan. Verify COA.
- Communicate the status of materials or products for release/hold/ rework/ reject.
- Lead and ensure defined Analytical plan is effectively executed. Report the results to QFS In charge/ QC manager
- Maintain the trend analysis for Analytical results and share with key stakeholders
- Track the chemicals consumption in Analytical section and arrange the procurements of Chemicals and consumables to maintain stocks
- Support QC manager to develop and validate the new analytical test methods, as required
- Supervise performance of Temporary Lab Associates to complete assigned jobs
- Closely work with Ops team and ensure effective monitoring of PRPs and in case of trouble shooting on failure of PRPs or CCPs
- Assist in effective implementation of PRPs, Conduct OJ Food Safety training, GMP GHP, GLP sessions for associate
