About the Role
We have an excellent opportunity available for a Factory HR Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. You’ll be working in a high-performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You will be reporting to Head of People & Performance.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with plant leaders and operational teams to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Act as a trusted advisor to managers on organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and talent decisions
Lead talent review and succession planning processes for key positions and critical talents within the plant organization
Lead engagement initiatives for blue-collar employees by analyzing shop-floor needs, engagement survey results, and implementing action plans to improve employee experience, motivation, and retention
Lead end-to-end recruitment process for operations roles
Lead social compliance and audit processes, ensuring full compliance with legal requirements and company standards
Manage HR-related processes within KHMS (Kraft Heinz Management System) and support continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee employee grievance, suggestion, and disciplinary processes while maintaining a positive employee relations environment
Coordinate HR processes related to third-party workforce, contractor and union management
Manage administrative affairs operations including transportation, catering, cleaning, security, uniforms, and other employee services within the factory
Coordinate external vendors and monitor service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance standards
Support additional operational and strategic HR projects assigned by management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Engineering, or related fields
8+ years of HR experience, preferably within FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial environments
Proven experience partnering closely with plant leadership and managing blue-collar workforce processes
Strong understanding of labor law, social compliance, and manufacturing HR practices
Experience in administrative affairs management and vendor coordination is preferred
Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support business decisions
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Advanced English proficiency
Proficiency in MS Office
